AZYREX-500 is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic formulated to treat a wide range of bacterial infections with once-daily convenience. Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Azithromycin Dihydrate equivalent to Azithromycin 500 mg – an effective antibacterial agent that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, offering targeted action against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and atypical pathogens.
Ideal for treating infections of the respiratory tract, skin, soft tissues, and certain sexually transmitted infections.

Dosage Information
